Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Visit our Returns Center.

Enter your order number and email to begin.

Select the item(s) you’d like to return.

Follow the instructions provided.

Once approved, you will receive an email with return shipping details.

What Can Be Returned

Items returned within 30 days of delivery

New / unworn / unwashed condition

Original packaging + original tags intact

If an item shows signs of wear, deodorant marks, washing, or damage, it will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

These items cannot be returned or refunded:

Gift cards

Mystery boxes

Swimwear

Underwear

Socks

Test prints

Final Sale items (listed clearly in our Outlet section)

Refund Options

You may choose:

Refund to your original payment method, or

Store credit (which can be used on future purchases)

Shipping Your Return

Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive an email with instructions and a return label (if applicable).
Use that email as your guide when preparing your package.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the item(s):

We will notify you via email of approval or denial.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Products listed as Final Sale or items that do not meet return conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
